Food for our Neighbors
InnVision needs our hands to help distribute fresh fruits, vegetables and
other food to people in need. They need help bagging the groceries supplied by Second Harvest from 9:00am to about 12:00noon, at 7th Street and Commercial. We also are in need of grocery bag donations (paper or plastic), which you can bring to worship on Sundays. |

Women's Annual Retreat
ALL women are invited to the beautiful Villa Del Mar retreat center in
Santa Cruz: comfortable rooms with private baths, great food that someone
else cooks (!), a beautiful view of the ocean, and its "own" beach. Carpooling
is available. The cost of the retreat is yet to be determined, but it
includes two nights and 6 meals at the beautiful ocean-shore retreat. Scholarships may be available if needed, so please do not let the cost prevent
you from planning to join us! Please contact Ellen at church or at etshaner@sbcglobal.net for a registration form, and please register by August 22. SEE YOU THERE!! |

We stay in contact through phone and email. If you have a heart for hands-on Christian service, contact Colleen Talamantes at ctalaman@sbcglobal.net |
